Indications
- Intestinal and hepatic amoebiasis
- Giardiasis and trichomoniasis
- Anaerobic bacterial infections
Dosage & administration
Adults
200–400 mg three times daily, according to indication
Children
7.5 mg/kg three times daily
Duration
5–10 days depending on infection
